Second, dont assume that John knows what you are talking about. Even if he should know about it (hes a recruiter, or hes on the team that is hiring), he might have multiple openings, and having the exact posting could be very helpful. Of course, you should go into JibberJobber and leave the link AND the entire job description in the Job record (the entire job description because sometimes the online posting goes away, and it would suck if you didnt have it recorded anywhere, right?).
